Urban Planning
Charette High School’s Urban Planning Pathway empowers students to explore how cities are designed, built, and sustained through the lens of equity, innovation, and community voice. Over four years, students engage in a sequence of three Urban Planning courses from grades 9–11 that introduce them to topics such as architecture, geography, environmental sustainability, transportation systems, housing, and civic engagement. In grade 12, students apply their knowledge in a rigorous Urban Planning Capstone course, where they research and design solutions to real urban challenges in Providence. Through collaboration with community partners such as Providence Planning Department and Veteran Affairs, students gain authentic, hands-on experiences that connect classroom learning to the real world.

Academic Excellence
At Charette High School, academic excellence means ensuring every student demonstrates both meaningful growth and achievement. We believe that students learn best when they are supported with strong, research-based instructional practices and materials, along with clear opportunities to advance their skills over time. Our commitment is to help each learner close gaps, build confidence, and master rigorous content so they are fully prepared for the demands of college or a chosen career path. Academic excellence at Charette is more than test scores—it is about equipping students with the knowledge, habits, and resilience needed for long-term success. Through high expectations and personalized support, we ensure all students are positioned to thrive beyond high school

Actividades extracurriculares
